Abstract

Counselors’ wellness and continual professional growth have been vital areas of interest in the counseling literature for decades (Sweeney & Witmer, 1991; Myers et al., 2000). This article introduces the peer group supervision model, ‘Co-Well,’ which is designed for experienced counselors and clinical supervisors. This model aims to enhance experienced counselors’ counseling skills, promote wellness, and facilitate ongoing professional development. For application in practice, we will explain Co-Well’s philosophical base, characteristics, and structure. Practical implications are also discussed.
