Abstract

This study investigated the acculturative stress of Korean heritage college students. The final sample included 170 Korean college students living in the United States. We performed hierarchical multiple regression analyses to examine the effects of demographic variables and coping strategies on cculturative stress. The results indicated that age and emotion-oriented coping were significant predictors of acculturative stress among Korean heritage college students. The implications of the results are discussed.
